O'Neill World Cup of Surfing Starts Today!

Honolulu - (November 27, 2007) - After two days of waiting for waves, the O'Neill World Cup of Surfing will get underway today in a rising swell. Waves are five feet and rising. Men's competition will get underway mid-morning.
